For a month after your live course you will be sent daily reminders, memes, hints and hacks to help you get the very best from your practice and aid the habit formation of regular meditation.  We've got your back.

This is where you are able to gather and meet other members of the community and share in a powerful group meditation dynamic and ask your instructor anything that might be on your mind.

We are always on hand with advise about your practice and if they aren't about there is a whole global network of Meditation Teachers that you can be referred too.  And you can re-attend any Learn to Meditate live course again for free.   Support will always be there.
